የአማራ ሕዝብ የወልቃይት የማንነት ጥያቄን ለማፈን በጠመንጃ ከመጣበት ጠላት ጋር እየተፋለመ ባለበት በዚህ ወቅት የሕወሓት አገዛዝ በ1967 ማኒፌስቶው እንዳጸደቀው ጠላቴ ባለው የአማራ ሕዝብ ላይ በአገሪቱ መከላከያ ሀይል ስም፣በልዩ ልዩ የትግራይ ነጻ አውጪ ልዩ ልዩ የታጠቁ ሀይሎች ስም በአማራ ሕዝብ ላይ ሰላማዊውን ጥያቄ በሀይል ለመጨፍለቅ በሚል ታንክና መትረየስን አልፎ የተቀናጀ አየር ጥቃት ጭምር በሰላማዊ ገበሬዎች ላይ ለመፈጸም ተጨማሪ እንቅስቃሴ አያደረገ ጦር እያጉዋጉዋዘ ሲሆን የሚሰማራውም ጦር የዘር ማጥፋት ወንጀል እንዲፈጽም የጥላቻ ቅስቀሳ እየተደረገለት ይገኛል።ይህ ድርጊት ለመቃወም ለዓለም አቀፉ ማህበረሰብ ሁሉም በአቅሙ ድምጹን እንዲአሰማ የአማራ አክቲቪስቶችና ቤተ አማራዎች ጭምር ጥሪ አድርገዋል።
በአገሪቱ ስም የሚንቀሳቀሰውን የመከላኬአ ሰራዊት ወደ አማራ ክልል ማንቀሳቀሱን አገዛዙ በበኩሉ ይፋ ያደረገ ሲሆን ከጎንደር የሚወቱ መረጃዎች ጸረ አማራ ጦርነቱን ለመምራት የሕወሃቱ ጄኔራልና ኤታማዦር ሹም ሳሞና የኑስ ጎንደር ገብቷል። በቅርቡ የቀድሞው የሕወሓት ጄኔራልነ የኤር ሔኢል አዛዥ አበበ ተክለሃይማኖት(ጆቤ) የሰራዊቱ ከፍተና አመራር በሲቪሉ አስተዳደር ጣልቃ ይገባል ይሄም አደገና ነው ማለቱ የሚታወስ ሲሆን አቶ ሀይለማሪአም ሰራዊቱ እንዲንቀሳቀስ አዝዣለሁ ያሉት በል ተብለው ካልሆነ የሕወሓት የጦር አበዛዞችን የማዘዝ ስልጣን የላቸውም። የሚያዙት አማራ ጠላት ነው ብለው የወሰኑት የሕወሓት አመራሮች መሆናቸው ግልጽ ነው ሲሉ የሚደመጡ ወገኖች አሉ።በቀጣዮቹ ቀናት ራሱንና ወገኑን በተጋድሎ እየተከላከለ አለ አማራ ሕዝብ ልዩ ልዩ ስም የተሰጣቸው ወገኖቹን ጨምሮ ከቀረው ሕዝብ ጋር በሕወሓት መገዛት በቃን ብሎተጋድሎውን ይቀጥላል:፡ ለተላት መሰማራት ያለበት ሰራዊት በንጹሃን ላይ ሊዘምት የጦርነት ትዕዛዝ መሰጠቱ ግልጽ የዘር ማጥፋት አዋጅና እርምጃ መሆኑ ተመልክቷል።
ኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ መደበና በረራውን ወደ ባህር ዳር ያቋረጠ ቢሆንም ወታደሮችን ግን በተደጋጋሚ ወደ ባህር ዳር በማጉዋጉዋዝ ሕወሓትን ስልጣኑን ለማስቀጠል ከዚህ ቀደም ከፈጸመው የበለጠ የዘር ጭፍጨፋ ለማድረግ፡ወስኖ እየተንቀሳቀሰ መሆኑን ያሳያል ሲሉ እነዚሁ ወገኖች ጥሪ አድርገዋል።
የአማራ ሕዝብን ከኦሮሞ ወገኑ ጋር ለማጋጨት በኦሮሚያ ተቃውሞ ወቅት ሌላው ሁኔታውን ቆሞ እንዲአይ በሕወሃት የተወተነው ሴራ በመክሸፉ የጎንደር የአማራ ሕዝብ እምቢተኝነትና የኦሮሞ ደም ደሜ ነው ማለትን ተከትሎ በሕዝቡ ውስጥ አልጠበቁትን አንድነት ያዩት ሕወሃቶች ሰራዊቱን በጸረ አማራ በብሄር እየለዩ በኦሮሚአ ተጋጋለ ተቃውሞ ወቅት እንዳደረጉት እየቀሰቀሱት ነው።
የአሁኑ በሕወሃት የተከፈተ ጦርነት የለለ የፌዴራል ስም ቢሰጠውም ዓላማው አንድ ጸረ አመራ የሕወሓት ጦርነት በመሆኑ በሰራዊቱ ውስጥ ያሉ፣በክልሉም ሆነ ከክልሉ ውጭ የሚገኙ ታጣቀዎች፣መከላከያና የፌዴራል ፖሊስ አባላት ፣የክልሉ ልዩ ሀይል የሕወሓትን ጸረ አማራ ጦርነት መመከት ፣ከለውጥ ፈላጊ ወገኖቹ ጋር በመሆን ጸረ ሕወሓት ብሔራዊ ትግሉን ማጠናከር አለበት ሲል ጥሪ ቀርቧል። ጥሪውን ተከትሎ በቂ ባይባሉም አንዳንድ ከወገን ጋር የመቆም ምልክቶች እየታዩ ነው ተብላል።በየትኛውም የስልታን ደረጃ ይሁን ተራ ካድሬ ከዚህ በሁዋላ ሕወሃት ለከፈተው ጸረ አማራ ጦርነት ተባባሪ ከሆነ ከተራ ወሬ አቀባይ ጀምሮ ሰሞኑን በአማራ ተጋድሎ በተለያዩ ከተሞቸ የተወሰዱት እርምጃዎች ያገኙታል ተብሏል።ህዝቡ በአማራ ወገኑ ላይ በሰራዊቱ ውስጥ ያሉ ልጆቹ እንዳይተኩሱ እነሱን ወደ ሌላ ቦታ በማሰማራት አማራን ሕዝብ በጠላትነት በመፈረጅ እገደለው ያለው የሕወሓት ጦር ወገኔን አትግደል እንዲል መረጃ እንዲሰጡ ትሪ ቀርቧል።
የሰራዊቱ አባላት ተጀመረው ፋሺስቱን ሕወሓትና ጥቂት ግብረ በላዎቹ ከስልታናቸው ላለመውረድና እየገደሉ ስልታን ላይ ለመቆየት የሚያደርጉትን ጥረት በመቃወም ራሳቸውን በጎበዝ አለቃ መመደብ፣የራሳቸውን መሪ ከውስጥ መመልከትና በአማራ፣በኦሮሞ፣በጋምቤላ፣በኦጋዴኑ ላይና በደቡብም በሼኮ መዠነገርና በቴፒ ጭፍጨፋውን ሲመሩና ሲአስተባብሩ በነበሩ ዛሬም ሕወሓት ስልጣኑን ሙሉ ለሙሉ የተቆጣጠረውን ጦር የአገሪቱ መከላኬአ ብሎ መጥራት የሚአሳፍር በመሆኑ ይህንን በሕዝብ ላይ ያሰማሩት ጦር መሳሪያውን ወደ ሕወሓት የቶር አዛዦች፣የበታች መኮንኖች በማንሳት ከሕዝቡ ትግል ጎን እንዲሰለፉ እነዚሁ አክቲቪስቶች ጠይቀዋል።
በአሁኑ ወቅት በአማራ የተለያዩ አካባቢዎቸ እየተፈጸመ አለውን የሕወሃት የዘር ማጥፋተ ወንጀል ለማጋለት የሚከተለውን ደብዳቤ የራስዎች ስም በመቸመር ከግርጌ ባሉት አድራሻዎች ለኣለም አቀፉ የዘር ማጥፋት ወንጀል ድርጉት-ጄኖሳይድ ዎች፣ለኣምንስቲ ኢንተርናሽናል እና ለሌሎችም የሰብኣዊ መብት ተሟጋቾች ገድያውን እንዲያጋልጡና እንዲያወግዙ ሀሉም የበኩሉን እንዲአደርግ ይሄው ጥሪ ይጠይቃል። የደብዳቤው ናሙና ተያይዞ ቀርቧል።

The Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) minority brutal regime has officially declared war on the people of Amhara. The statement that declared war on the innocent civilians underlies that the entire State of Amhara is “out of control” of the “government,” a provocative statement that puts a pretentious reason to massacre the people. It is to be recalled that TPLF, in its 1975 political program, documented that the Amhara are “historic enemy of the people of Tigray” that they should be wiped out of the face of the earth. Ever since, TPLF, both as a guerrilla fighter and as a ruling junta of Ethiopia, committed heinous crimes against the people of Amhara, the harshest one being genocide that even the parliament admitted about 2.5 million Amhara have disappeared in the 2007 census. The racist and fascist policy of TPLF discriminated, harassed, torched, arrested en mass, and displaced Amhara for such a long time. And this time this criminal junta seemed to have got a great opportunity to kill as much Amhara as it can as the Amhara are found to be demonstrating against brutality and genocide, not mentioning an all embracing suffering in all walks of life.
In order to facilitate the massacre, TPLF has deployed its Agazi Commando (known as the most butcher unit of the entire armed force), the regional special forces, the national army, the regional police, and the federal police. Eye witnesses say that it seemed that in some towns and cities the number of the military is close to proportion to the residents. Internet is shut down in most places of the State of Amhara. Telecommunications systems are blocked as well. The ruling junta shut down internet and telecommunications in order to hide the killings from the sight of the international community and Ethiopians abroad. It is also targeting to disrupt communications through social media.
We are, therefore, telling the world that TPLF is committing crimes against humanity of the highest form, genocide, in a broad day light.
